Chakra Meditation. Learn to open your Chakra centers.

Chakras meditation:
Relax by sitting comfortably in a chair or lotus position. Close your eyes and still the conscious mind. Begin to work with opening the Chakras. Focus on each chakra individually starting at the base / root chakra and work your way up through the chakras, one at a time.

Open each chakra with the associated colour of each Chakra, starting with the base Chakra which is Red. Using whatever visualisation that best suits you, either use a circular expanding motion with the colour energy flowing around and through you, a lotus flower or any flower bud opening up and spreading the petals as wide as possible.

Perhaps see the as energy flowing out from each Chakra centre in all directions or you can fill your whole body with each colour with the center of each colour being focused on the individual Chakra points. Whatever works best with you will help you to open up the Chakras and work with spirit.

Now that you have the Chakras open, starting with red colour, let this colour flow out from your body as energy into a cocoon that surrounds your whole body, feel the colour all around you in the cocoon. Allow the healing energies to surround you and move through your whole body. Let the colour stay with you for a while, then, while retaining some of the colour for your own healing, release the rest of the colour into the universe for unconditional healing.

Work your way all the way up through the Chakra centres releasing the energy and colours for each centre, one at a time. Let the colour out into the cocoon, then let the light and colour energy surround you, save some of this colour for yourself then release the healing energies from the cocoon out into the universe for unconditional love and healing.
